Oculus Rift CV1 Left eye not rendering distant clouds.

unable to make screenshot of the right eye vr, but the left eye is not rendering the distant back clouds, as the right eye is.

also seems to be a invisible ring limit that is not rendering in the left eye as the same for the right eye.
