Sell a module?

I'm trying to figure out whether I'm allowed to sell or give my F-14 module to another user since I haven't been using it for quite some time now. I found this on the DCS web page:

 

"If you want to bind a serial number to a different user account as a gift, you have to create a new support ticket

the serial number should be new or not activated

if it was activated once, you can deactivate the product and only after that create a ticket"

 

Does that mean it's possible?
