Stuck on Splash screen

I recently uninstalled and installed DCS it was working flawlessly before uninstalling but it started to crash when i try to enter something in game menu (mission, instant action etc.). So i deleted logs and uninstalled and installed again, this time it doesnt even past the first splash screen (big DCS logo). I attached the log(it didnt accepted log, so i made it rar)

It might be worth trying to delete the contents of the ImagesShop folder in your saved games dcs folder

There is not an ImagesShop folder anywhere.

Your system is below minimum spec and what GPU do you have?

 

System RAM: 7637 MB, Pagefile: 1850 MB

 

you will need to sort out the GPU and you can try increasing your page file also

My GPU is rx540, i know my system is not good but it was able to run DCS about 30, 35 fps, recommended pagefile is 1850mb so i didnt wanted to change it.

I set pagefile to 16384 but its still same nothing changed.

double check your antivirus, it may be blocking dcs.

Im not using any antivirus, even windows antivirus is disabled.
