Is the ALE-47 Implemented yet?

I’ve been told the ECM isn’t yet implemented. Is that correct?

 

If not, I can’t seem to get the ALE 47 to turn on. What might I be doing wrong?

The ALE-47 is the countermeasures dispenser. It is mostly functional, other than the auto and semi-auto modes. We're also missing properly sized flare cartridges and the GenX advanced countermeasures.

 

If you're talking about the jammer, that would be the ALQ-165 ASPJ, and it is not functional at all right now.
