Any recommendations for antivirus and anti malware software that can be easily disabled for simming sessions?

I think most/all of them have workarounds for false flags and gaming. Some have an option to disable temporarily or similar, easiest way if you have a known safe program triggering warnings is to simply whitelist it, ie mark it as safe to ignore. The wheres and hows will vary from software to software but it's all in there somewhere

I use the one built-in on Windows 10, instead of disabling it I prefer to just exclude DCS folders:

Haven't had a problem with it yet, DCS runs very well considering the mid-range PC that I have, and have not been infected by any virus yet.
