CommanderRabb Posted March 29, 2020 Posted March 29, 2020 See .trk (Persian Gulf, without refueling) -> https://ufile.io/ydq6sn3o (reply "ok" but never message "now connected.") I have this this happen from time to time as well. Sometimes they just won't connect air, or power and it's not because the canopy is closed, or the intercom is set wrong either. As you can imagine it makes it impossible to start up the plane when this happens. Modules - F-18, F-16, Spitfire, F-5, Supercarrier, F-14, A10-C, MiG-21, Huey

Yes, it's almost as if the ground crew sometimes is lead by a spy of the opponents team, or they were bribed to reply "copy!" and delay the player as long as possible ^^ DCS Wishlist: 2K11 Krug SA-4 Ganef SAM, VR-TrackIR icons next to player names in score-chart PvP: 100+ manual player-kills with Stingers on a well known dynamic campaign server - 100+ VTOL FARP landings & 125+ hours AV-8B, F-14 crew, royal dutch airforce F-16C - PvP campaigns since 2013 DCS server-admins: please adhere to a common sense gaming industry policy as most server admins throughout the industry do. BodyOrgan Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 This isn't a Tomcat bug. It's simply how DCS works. There is a command stack queue. The AI will only complete one task at a time, so if you ask them to complete a long task like fueling, then nothing else can be completed until they finish the task they're on. You'll notice once fueling/arming is complete they will complete the next task in the queue, so if this was ground power, then they'll attach it. To get around this limitation always complete quick tasks before long tasks. In other words always ask for ground power, and air before asking for fuel.
D4n Posted March 31, 2020 Author Posted March 31, 2020 I didn't ask them to refuel, on this occasion, that's the thing... (on the other bugreport yes, there it applies then as I asked for refueling. In this trackfile I didn't though) DCS Wishlist: 2K11 Krug SA-4 Ganef SAM, VR-TrackIR icons next to player names in score-chart PvP: 100+ manual player-kills with Stingers on a well known dynamic campaign server - 100+ VTOL FARP landings & 125+ hours AV-8B, F-14 crew, royal dutch airforce F-16C - PvP campaigns since 2013 DCS server-admins: please adhere to a common sense gaming industry policy as most server admins throughout the industry do.
