obrien979 Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 I created a mission recently to practice JTAC Procedures and dropping LGBs (GBU-12) on target painted by JTAC. However I am unable to get the JTAC to even respond to my check in and when I paint the target myself with the targeting pod, I am unable to even get the bombs to drop. I have ensured that both the bombs and the targeting pod have the same code (1688) programmed in. I have also set the GBU-12 MFUZ to off and EFUZ to INST. The targeting pod works just fine finding and lasing the target. I am asking the community to please look over this mission and provide feedback on issues and improvements. Thank You very Much :thumbup:FA-18C LGB JTAC.miz Brandon "OB" O'Brien
=4c=Nikola Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 (edited) I've tested your mission and it works fine. JTAC responds, GBU-12 drops. The only thing I changed is aircraft starts in air. EDIT: I've tested from the ground start to call jtac from the ramp. WOrks fine. Edited April 6, 2020 by =4c=Nikola Do not expect fairness. The times of chivalry and fair competition are long gone.

EDIT: I've tested from the ground start to call jtac from the ramp. WOrks fine. After looking over it some more I discovered two things, First my weapons release button became unmapped and secondly I was under the impression that when I called the JTAC via the COMMS MENU GUI (TOP RIGHT OF SCREEN) that the radio would automatically tune in. Didnt know that I would have to manually program that in, then call JTAC. Everything is working fine now. Thanks for at least checking it out. Brandon "OB" O'Brien
