Mirage2425 Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Can we move the TGP waypoint to a high waypoint so that slewing the TGP doesn't affect the flight plan until offset can be implemented? Better yet a hidden waypoint? Also, temporary cursor zero functionality that slews the TGP back to the current waypoint? This would make the TGP easier to use. Thanks :)
Tholozor Posted April 15, 2020 Posted April 15, 2020 Probably better to just continue developing SPI and CZ, honestly, there's no guarantee that creating an ad-hoc solution in the interim would be faster than just continuing to work on the actual system. Mirage2425 Posted April 15, 2020 Author Posted April 15, 2020 Hopefully it will happen soon. The TGP is next to useless as is unless you drop on a waypoint and want to do BDA.
Cupra Posted April 16, 2020 Posted April 16, 2020 (edited) Lets see how it is working in the final version later…. making workaround for things that can change one ore two times the next years is maybe not worth the work. If TGP is useless at the moment, try other stuff. Remember, F-16 is still WIP... it is early access, not a finished and useful module. BTW: TGP is not part of the EA product… this will come later. I plan my missions so that I have 2 waypoints close together one to slew the TGP to and move around and one that reminds me of where they both were. Works out fine for me.
