d0ct0r0z Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Hi all, Sorry if this is not the right forum. Searched but could not find my answer. My game has been crashing (1-2 hours in to MP) for the last several days. Looking at dxdiag.txt, all I see are the following. I do not have Origin installed, and can't even find where this damn file is. I am leaning towards the SRS crashing my game. Did fly without it yesterday and it did not crash, so could that be the culprit? I am pulling my hair trying to figure out what is causing these crashes. Another issue that I had my motherboard's USB 3.0 header has a broken pin (I am guessing that could also short my front USB connectors, but did disconnect everything). Is there anything else I can share to pin point what it could be? I am attaching the bottom of my dxdiag.txt below. Thank you all. --------------- Diagnostics --------------- Windows Error Reporting: +++ WER0 +++: Fault bucket 2175510975662005976, type 4 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.6.47224 P3: 5e988cfa P4: d3d11.dll P5: 10.0.18362.387 P6: 7e72d1cb P7: c0000005 P8: 000000000011f4f0 P9: P10: +++ WER1 +++: Fault bucket 1927513956643620915, type 5 Event Name: BEX64 Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.6.47224 P3: 5e988cfa P4: StackHash_1d1d P5: 0.0.0.0 P6: 00000000 P7: PCH_AC_FROM_ntdll+0x000000000009CBC4 P8: c0000005 P9: 0000000000000008 P10: +++ WER2 +++: Fault bucket 1710297657803502277, type 4 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.6.47224 P3: 5e988cfa P4: edCore.dll P5: 2.5.6.47224 P6: 5e905ffc P7: c00000fd P8: 0000000000122258 P9: P10: +++ WER3 +++: Fault bucket 1207298249925322333, type 1 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: OriginWebHelperService.exe P2: 10.5.56.33908 P3: 5dd474e2 P4: OriginWebHelperService.exe P5: 10.5.56.33908 P6: 5dd474e2 P7: c0000005 P8: 00098210 P9: P10: +++ WER4 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: OriginWebHelperService.exe P2: 10.5.56.33908 P3: 5dd474e2 P4: OriginWebHelperService.exe P5: 10.5.56.33908 P6: 5dd474e2 P7: c0000005 P8: 00098210 P9: P10: +++ WER5 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: OriginWebHelperService.exe P2: 10.5.56.33908 P3: 5dd474e2 P4: OriginWebHelperService.exe P5: 10.5.56.33908 P6: 5dd474e2 P7: c0000005 P8: 00098210 P9: P10: +++ WER6 +++: Fault bucket 1349643949445819693, type 5 Event Name: AppHangB1 Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: SR-ClientRadio.exe P2: 1.7.8.1 P3: 5e9428f8 P4: 8f32 P5: 134217729 P6: P7: P8: P9: P10: +++ WER7 +++: Fault bucket 1207298249925322333, type 1 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: OriginWebHelperService.exe P2: 10.5.56.33908 P3: 5dd474e2 P4: OriginWebHelperService.exe P5: 10.5.56.33908 P6: 5dd474e2 P7: c0000005 P8: 00098210 P9: P10: +++ WER8 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: OriginWebHelperService.exe P2: 10.5.56.33908 P3: 5dd474e2 P4: OriginWebHelperService.exe P5: 10.5.56.33908 P6: 5dd474e2 P7: c0000005 P8: 00098210 P9: P10: +++ WER9 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: OriginWebHelperService.exe P2: 10.5.56.33908 P3: 5dd474e2 P4: OriginWebHelperService.exe P5: 10.5.56.33908 P6: 5dd474e2 P7: c0000005 P8: 00098210 P9: P10:
MAXsenna Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Origin is from Electronic Arts. Anything installed from them that ringes a bell? Sent from my ANE-LX1 using Tapatalk
d0ct0r0z Posted April 19, 2020 Author Posted April 19, 2020 Origin is from Electronic Arts. Anything installed from them that ringes a bell? Sent from my ANE-LX1 using Tapatalk I did, a while ago. But currently I do not have anything installed from Origin. I have the Origin folder deleted from Program Files as well. Another lead that I have is SRS. I believe when I exit out of SRS, the game does not crash (testing at the moment).
MAXsenna Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Origin was bought by EA a long time ago IIRC. I'm guessing it's their version of the Steam Launcer/Epic Launcher or something to update games or whatnot. Why it's still called Origin is probably due to that is was made by Origin in the first place. If you believe SRS is the culprit, just remove it. If it still crashes. It was not it. Did you recently update it? The only problem I've had with SRS, was that it had a conflict with VAICOM PRO the DCS plugin for Voice Attack. But that was only for me I think. I recently installed the latest version and had no issues with it lately. Done MP as well. And BTW. wehelper sure means for me. Go out on the internet to do shit. MP is Internet. And your log even tells you it crashes, if I read it correctly. Google it and you might find an Uninstaller. It might be hidden somewhere, and unsuccessfully uninstalling it, and then just deleting the folder, if that's what you did, may still have pointers in the registry to it. Might even have made it worse. Some of these apps are total bad sometimes. If you don't find an unstaller/manual way to remove it. Do a search in the registry, maybe you'll find out what's going on. Sent from my ANE-LX1 using Tapatalk Thanks. I found some articles from EA/Origin themselves about a clean install (the hard way in the registry). I will attempt that.
