A-10C can carry the most A2G ordnance, while the F-18, with double racks, can carry a crazy amount of AIM-9s and AIM-120s. Please note however that this is seldom the best way to fly. All those stores will impose significant drag and weight penalties. Sure it can be occasionally fun to load your plane up like a dumptruck in the Armageddon loadout, but IMO I think it's more fun to stay as fast/light/nimble as you can carrying just what you need to complete the mission.
