I can not reproduce on my machine all is ok for me.

 

Can you attach your dcs log when it happens so we can look for clues.

 

Ensure you have done a cleanup and repair and removed all unofficial mods ( if any )

The bug is shy to you but not to me.

 

(Of course I have no other mods than skins.)

Now I know we must show to the DCS at least one time before this tracks a Caucasus mission or track to show the replaced airfield names bug.

 

for example this CAUCASUS track after DCS start is good for this reason:

Then you can play in a row all 3 Nevada,PG and Normandy track, all will trigger the bug.

 

If you do this you can believe your own eyes and ears :-)

I eagerly waiting to this to be reported and fixed, because

when at 2018 february I purchased the Nevada map,

the first mission experience was Caucasus ATC over Las Vegas.
