ironk79 Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 Hello, i am searching for a way/tweak/mod to adjust DCS color saturation. I use Oculus Rift, unfortunatly there are no adjustments like on monitor. Because of the OLED display, colors are a bit oversaturated. For IL2 i found a way through a mod to adjust saturation for my liking, with DCS however, i am searching for weeks now, without success. any ideas and sugestions are welcome Cheers!

Lenux Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 Not sure https://reshade.me/forum/shader-presentation/5104-vr-universal-shader I9 12900k@ 5 GHz | 32 GB DDR4 | Asus ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming Wifi d4| RTX 3090 | 6 TB SSD + 8 TB HDD | 4K Samsung Q90R 55" | VKB MK III PRO L | Virpil Throttle MONGOOST-50 | MFG Crosswind | TrackIR5
ironk79 Posted April 24, 2020 Author Posted April 24, 2020 Not sure https://reshade.me/forum/shader-presentation/5104-vr-universal-shader The link you posted is some shader you can use to get 2D games in VR mode. But that doesnt help with the color saturation issue i have. As far as i can tell, Reshade only applies to monitors, not the HMD that are attached to a PC.

It got better with the last update of the map so I'd just accepted that this is as good as it gets. Read your post and thought ok I shall give it a try. Wow this is fantastic things look photorealistic and not cartoonist. I've adjusted to get my colours just where I want them. Just goes to show it was possible to do something about it.
