Turning Terrain Object Shadows OFF still leaves them ON in FLAT mode.

I have turned Terrain Object Shadows to OFF. Yet they are still ON, in FLAT mode.

IMHO, they are no longer necessary with new light engine. OBjects naturally cast shadows.

I want to have neither flat nor traced Terrain Object Shadows. There are three options Default, Flat, OFF. I want OFF to be OFF.
