Also, it is possible that this bug is related to wing ripping off when you're pulling hard while in wake turbulence, that's usuall in dogfight Steps To Reproduce: Climb to 300-1000 feet ASL Get 500-550 knots Start pulling up, after 0.5-1s when you get 7-8G's, make a hard roll left or right with rudder applied in the same direction. You will probably break your wing. DCS version: latets open beta. 2.5.6.47404 Track, log, tacview and DxDiag can be found in attached .rar Addition: Seems like the problem is that roll and rudder movment creating a huge over-g. In the video below, you can see that wing are breaking with 20-23 G's. Video: JF-17 Wing Ripping Bug.rar Edited May 4, 2020 by arkasha_s_mishkoi
AeriaGloria Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 (edited) It’s asymmetric G, since the only FBW channel is pitch it’s not really going to stop you I have also noticed the wake turbulence issue, supposedly it’s all the 3rd party modules that have trouble with it Edited May 2, 2020 by AeriaGloria Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
Emmy Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 An Inside Snap Roll at 7-8 Gs will trash practically any aircraft. Might not break it, but I guarantee it will be downed for a complete inspection. You're flying in an extreme manner usually reserved for the "Last Best Chance" to survive whether the jet makes it or not.
