Left to Right, from top to bottom:

Red button - (Отключение САУ) autopilot disengage

4way hat - (Переключение режимов КБО) - likely radar mode switch

hat - (управление стробом) - targeting gate control (dunno how to correctly translate it, it controls the "gate" that you put over target on your radar display screen)

2way switch - (маневр/точное управление) TVC/normal manuverability mode

trigger - (гашетка СУ) launch trigger

button white - (сброс задачи) likely target lock disengage

big pull - (старотовый тормоз) wheel brake

white button, top-right - (приведение к горизонту) - horizontal flight autopilot mode, not sure if works while pushed or engages autopilot mode. Ask MaxMPower in Ru section, he's a Su-35 pilot

white button bottom-right - (PK) - dunno,

(Гашетка-М) -also dunno

 

4-way hat - (управление ОПС) - I forgot what ОПС is :/

switch - (радио) - radio

white button next to radio - (выполнение команд) - execute comand (whatever it means)

2-way switch - (возд.тормоз) airbrake

white button frontal on right engine half - (ввoд) - ENTER

white button frontal on left engine half - (сброс ДО ЛТЦ) flares/chaff

metallic thingy - (Выбор оружия) - weapon select
