TM Warthog flaps behaviour

Hi once again (and sorry)

 

 

I use flaps U and down TM warthog HOTAS and bind them on flaps up and down but I have to do :

 

 

"flaps down, flaps middle, flaps down" to have full flaps

"flaps up, flaps middle, flaps up" to have no flaps

 

 

is that normal ? when I use clickable button it works like a charm : flaps down = full flaps, flaps middle, middle flaps and flaps up no flaps.

edit : when I don't use Target I have Toggle flaps up/dn in controls panel, which are used

 

 

I don't have them anymore while using target software (and TM combined 3D device)

I added

to a file Thrustmaster Combined.lua in DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\A-10C\Input\A-10C\joystick

 

 

the command appears in Controls menu, but in red, and does'nt work in game.

I don't use Target ever. Assign UP switch position to "Toggle Flaps Up" command, and DOWN position to "Toggle Flaps Down" command. Not just Flaps Up and Flaps Down.

I would like a way which take care of update

 

 

I tried to copy "Throttle - HOTAS Warthog" and renamed it "Thrustmaster Combined" in \DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\A-10C\Input\A-10C\joystick

 

 

but I have this :

the problem is that Toggle flaps are available only with TM warthog throttle, not with TM Combined :)

Oh, I see. I never bothered with that, and never had any similar problem with my TM HW, as you can make own assignments for every type within DCS. I would try without Target for sure, unless you used Target for everything, maybe outside DCS too? As making everything again from zero without Target is a bit PIA...

DCS didn't recogize those depress functions on yours you mean?
