Payment done, but on the site still says not paid

Yesterday i did the order of the throttle only option.

This morning I went on and paid it using paypal

but on winwing site it still says that the order is not paid..but the money were taken from my credit card on paypal it says “authorization“ but the amount is paid.

 

 

Can you also fix this and set my order as completed and

Payment problems are better solved by raising a support ticket.

 

For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra

For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar

Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

I sent an email to the one reported on their site but no answer until now...also did not receive any automated answer with a ticket number etc...is it normal?.

Is there another way to open a ticket?

No, as far as I know, the tickets are created on this page:

 

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/?add=Y

 

Also, check on your e-mail client that any response has not gone to the spam folders. I know that they may take a while to respond, as there may be a lot of tickets before yours.

Ok this is solved.

I received a mail from Alex during night (for me) he indeed did have to accept the payment on his side. So this was the problem.

He already shipped the item and this is an awesome news.
