Chatter stoped working

Hey guys

 

 

I'm usin Vaicom for quiet a while now and beeing happy.

 

 

 

Lately I got one Problem though, chatter won't work any more. The keyword or the shortcut is recognised via Vaicom, it answers "chatter on" but there is no sound. Re-installed chatter pack to na avail.

 

 

No deal breaker, since most oif the time chatter goes to my nerves anyway, but nice for showing off

Have you checked the settings in the Audio tab of the Vaicom config. I wonder whether chatter is quiet or being redirected

Good input, I checked...everything in order

While in game, Alt Tab out, Open VAICOM Control Panel, Audio Tab, start Chatter and start playing with Audio output drop down menu and Redirect switch on and off.

No joy. I hear the static as soon as I press the button on the redirect page, but no chatter at all. Vaicom says chatter started and stopped as I order.

A couple of thoughts:

 

 

1. Does the chatter pack appear in the list of licences (click on the list black circle on the About page)

 

 

2. What settings do you have for CHATTER on the EX page?

1. Yes

2. All of them. Tried fiddling around to no avail.

 

Guess I give it up. Just for chatter I wouldn't do a new install or something like that.

I was just trying to check something else for someone and managed to silence my chatter when I moved the VOL button anti-clockwise on the PTT tab - have you managed to do this (line pointing down to the left)?

How could I be so stupid.
