SPD BRK Switch (special) - Fwd/RETRACT/OFF Broken?

Is SPD BRK Switch (special) - Fwd/RETRACT/OFF Working? It doesnt seem to do anything here.

Works here. From an open position a brief press of the command should partially close the brakes and halt when the command is released.

 

Be aware there is a logical function in the airplane that prevents the brakes from being held partially open at a very small angle and so they will fully close even if the switch is in the hold position if the brakes are in this nearly closed state. (It appears this behavior is not yet modeled in DCS).
