The standby ADI bank angle does not match up with the HUD bank angle in navigational mode. Look at the HUD and do a perfect 30° bank turn and then look at your standby ADI. It will be off by at least 5°.

You are not correct Tholozor. As an airline pilot I can assure you they are indeed accurate. Especially in a high end expensive jet like an F18.

A backup ADI is just as accurate as the primary ADI for our purpose. It may not be as big but is accurate.

AND IT ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE WITHIN 5 DEGREES OF BANK WHICH IT IS NOT IN THIS GAME.

According to the NATOPS manual, the SARI can accumulate large errors in pitch and/roll during normal flight, often during vertical maneuvers. It even describes the pilot should cage and reset the indicator at normal cruise to eliminate said errors. I'm not trying to invalidate your points, just relaying information from a source.

Look...you don’t need a track file.

Just takeoff.....

No large maneuvers.

30 degree bank

Standby ADI is wayyyy Off.

It’s not correct. If you don’t want to accept that.... I don’t know what else I can do for you.
