There are yellow indications and symbols on the radar display now. It seems to be some type of multiple target tracking. Don’t see any description in the manual. Any exact explanation of what this is?

They are from the radar's lost contact memory.

From "Part 8 - Radar Operation", page 116 of Chuck's Mirage 2000C Guide

The Radar Memory function is always active and saves the last locked contact to memory.

Therefore, if you radar lock a target and the contact is lost for any reason (manually unlocked, target breaks lock, target is destroyed, etc a yellow " contact is displayed, which is an extrapolation of where the target “should" be if it keeps the same heading and speed as when it was last memorized by the radar system.

This ghost contact will then move in the last known vector direction.

When a ghost contact is created, a yellow “RAZ" (Remise à Zéro Reset) function becomes available, which deletes the ghost contact from the radar screen This RAZ function is activated by left clicking the “theta" Θ switch DOWN next to the VTB screen.
