BarTzi Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 I was wondering if there's anything I can do to improve the accuracy of the multiplayer tracks (replays). The problem I'm having is that my plane (and only my plane) is out of position. I know that the combat portion of the tracks is somewhat random (A/A for example), but I can't even replay a track of me flying in formation with two of my friends, because my plane flies nowhere near the original position and ends up in the ocean. Why is that happening?
dorianR666 Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 there seems to be an old bug which causes some inputs to not be recorded in tracks. it happens to me occasionally that i for example taxi left to the runway and take off, but the track shows me going perfectly straight into a fence with afterburner on (no turn at all). :joystick: is this the issue? i havent yet found what causes it. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X GPU: AMD RX 580
Shahdoh Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 Best solution is to have an "Observeration" machine record the track like the server or just another PC that logs into the mission but does not fly. This way it is only recording coordinates and not control inputs. Its the control input recording that messes up most tracks. I know this solution is not always viable, but is the most effective way in getting usable tracks in DCS.
