Tomcat panel light wheel bug

I can fully operate the 2 instrument lighting wheels using the mouse, however, when I use a keyboard assignment it only goes up to 3, then it doesn't move.

 

Note: the formation light wheen works fine both with the mouse and with the keyboard.

This is a bug and should be fixed next update per Iron Mike.
