Warping and ping timeouts

I've been experiencing this a lot since the last 2-3 patches, when it seems that the netcode was reverted back to Flanker 2 or something.

 

Airplanes jump from one position to another, like a 1FPS gif, making it impossible to shoot or fly formation. As well, I get random "ping timeouts".

 

My ping is not the lowest but at 20-30 is ok.

I notice that players that have 200 are just warping around a lot and there is abosuletly 0 interpolation.

 

What gives?
