Eggitheegg Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 I've started playing DCS awhile ago, and purchased a few modules on steam. I've mostly had no problem with the steam version but I want to switch from the steam version to the non-steam version of DCS because people are saying its better, And I want to buy the new Syria map. so Is there anyway to transfer DLC's from the steam version to the non-steam version, I have the F-5E and the F-15C, but I don't know if they'll work after I'll install the non-steam version. maybe I'm missing something but I didn't see a way to transfer except of the old CD Key way that didn't age well. (sorry for any grammar mistakes because Russian and Hebrew are my main languages and not english.)
Taz1004 Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 Yes. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/steam/#3303126 However, you can't go the other way. DCS store purchases wont work on Steam version. Better Smoke - Better Trees Caucasus - Better Trees Syria - Better Trees Mariana - Clear Canopy Glass
