New interface for weapon selection

when you select the options the drop down list text is squashed and not readable.

you have to move the mouse or wait. htere is a pause then it will show the list correctly.

IT is also very slow and slugssh

not a problem with the new window, iirc this slowness appeared with 2.5.6
