need a i9 9900K user to test intel burn test GFlops?

Hey All,

 

I am looking for someone with an Intel i9 9900K OC or Stock doesnt matter.. I need someone to run Intel Burn Test v2.54, 1 time set at Stress Level Very High and tell me what the GFlops reading is for you..

 

A Screenshot would be prefered.. If you can do this test for me I would appreciate it.

 

I am helping another person with his PC he thought it was his video card but it might be the CPU or Motherboard..

 

I ran the test and scored a Hundred points higher then him, my GFlops where 226, but I have the i7 9700K, his was like 116 so I am trying to determine if someone with the same cpu he has will score higher then 116 which I think they should..

 

We set the BIOS to Optimised defaults and he still scored low.. so I don't think it was a BIOS setting the CPU may be damaged to an extent..

Something must be wrong with the apple vs oranges thing.

 

Out of curiosity I ran the test as demanded above, which dials in 4096MB RAM to be used and I ended up with ~116-140ish GFlops across a few tests with a loaded system ( Outllok, Chrome etc. all were opened ). All core OC to 5GHz, 3000MHz RAM settings.

 

Are you sure that you have used the same settings ? It seems unrealistic that you gained 226 GFlops with only 2 cores more and roughly the same DDR RAM speed. 3000MHz vs. 3200MHz wont make such a difference I assume here.

well if we getmore users to try it maybe we can see more data and better understand what is going on here? you scored better then a 9900K at 5.0ghz tho.. hehe

I made the test with an i9 9900k @ 5.0Ghz and with hyperthreading enabled I get 113 Gflops. With hyperthreading disabled I get 240 Gflops. Mistery solved :D

Hey do you happen or anybody else happen to have a 2080Ti?? IF so can you run furmark GPU Stress test and tell me the GPU Power tdp Percentage is? at the very least should it be for a 2080Ti be at like 75TDP?

i9900K and EVGA 2080Ti FTW3 Ultra (both @ stock settings). 2560x1440, 8x MSAA. GPU TDP peaked @ 96.5%. Test hit PWR and VOLT limits but TEMP remained below 65C.

 

About to rerun with "Log GPU data" enabled in the hope of providing more useful empirical results..will update if successful.

Yup, gave me a nice 833KB .csv which, when imported in LibreOffice, confirmed that 96.5% was indeed the max gpu_power figure recorded during the test.
