Exhaust flames/ reflections bug

When starting an over-primed spitfire I can see the REFLECTIONS of the flames from the exhaust on the engine cowling, however I cannot see any actual flames.

 

Other players report the same issue.

 

Can provide a video if required for confirmation.

I can confirm this with external views as well. In VR in the cockpit, I see both flames and reflections, however from the external view there are reflections with no flames.
