[NEED TRACK REPLAY]Radio communication does not correspond to F5/ATC command menu

Problem:

Carrier demands CASE 1 but I only got CASE 2/3 menu. I cannot communicate according to CASE 1. Or did I misunderstand something?

 

 

 

Steps to reproduce:

Unknown, but it was in multiplayer (hoggit pg server)

 

 

 

Track:

None. Tracks for big multiplayer servers go instantly crazy and this was after an hour of flying.

update:

 

still present in the game, got it again today on one smaller syria server. however when i used the radio menu as if case 3 was called by the ship, the communication then worked fine according to case 3. i cant check if this is reliable though.

Same for me in MP. says do a case I but all the comm menu options are case III
