[REPORTED]T UP orientation

The T UP option in DCS is currently placing the heading Up, and not the Track Up as it should.

 

The images in the NFM such as the one on page VII-24-44, show how the Ground track should be in the Up position, not the heading.

Track and Image as requested. They don't really show much as its a fairly simple bug. I would also post a comparison to the NATOPS, but the rules.
