[REPORTED]Turning off RDDI moves cautions and advisories from LDDI to AMPCD

is this correct? it makes no sense to me, RDDI isnt displaying them in the first place, so why does turning RDDI off move them from completely another display to completely another display?

in other words:

if LDDI is unable to display them, AMPCD will. if both LDDI and AMPCD cant display them, RDDI will. it doesnt say anything about AMPCD displaying them instead of LDDI when RDDI cant.

PS:

this is different then the bug about advisories reported today. that one talks about disappearence of advisories.
