[FIXED INTERNALLY] Fuel display selector bug

Repeatable: 100%

How to reproduce: start any A10C mission either cold and dark or hot start and look at the fuel display selector

Issue: Fuel display selector doesn't match the notches on the panel

 

to "fix" it you need to select left click until end of travel, then works as intended
