GumidekCZ Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 This is a avarage result of a damage caused by beeing hit by any missile (big or small). Since Hornet was released in early Alpha, I didnt need to solve engine fire or fuel leakage, because every time beeing hit, I ended up without wings - falling from sky as a brick. Hornet is so fragile now, that Im afraid even to touch it. One can expect rigid airframe suitable for naval operation in salty enviroment, but not in DCS for now.

Modern aircrafts use legacy Damage models. When ED complete the new damage model un testing on WW2 aircrafts, with new effects, they will export them to modern, remade and rebuild modules ad AI damage models.
