F14 Lantirn Pod Panel Missing

So I was going to use the Lantirn pod once again because it is quite fun, but come to find out that there is a metal plate over the panel. You can still click the buttons but you can't see anything. I'm hoping that this is a temporary bug and not an accidental thing.

Did you actually arm the LANTIRN on the jet? The LANTIRN has to be on the jet for it to work. Also, the buttons and switches are still clickable without the LANTIRN on the jet. In theory, you can warm up the LANTIRN before even having it on the aircraft.

I've noticed that aswell and found that if the RIO arms the LANTIRN pod instead of the pilot it doesn't show up in the RIO seat due to the Ground crew hating RIOs worldwide anyway if you simply ask your pilot to arm it instead then it'll probably show up, I've yet to continue testing this but from what I've seen this is what works for me until they fix it

when the RIO arms the Aircraft, none of the weapons work. 
the PLT shoud set the loadout.
