ILS Landing... wrong Runways?

Hello!

I tried to do an ILS landing on Syria map into Incirlik - It has a Runway 05 and 23.

I selected the right airfield (50 is Incirlik according to kneeboard).

 

It guided me down on the runway - but the problem is that it showed only 10L and 10R on the FAF option... but as I said above, Incirlik has only 05 and 23

I tried it now with Al Minhad on the Gulf map... it has Runway 09 and 27 - but when I select Airport 50 (again, Al Minhad on kneeboard info) it shows again 10L and 10R on FAF button - Is this bugged?

I tried it with the "manual" but this is a joke and Chucks guide is not explaining how to change the runway.

IIRC 10L and 10R is a FAF (Final Approach Fix) 10 NM from the runway with a left or right hand entry pattern/turn.

 

I remember seeing a picture/explanation for it, I'll try to find a link.

10L and 10R should NOT be confused with RWY direction, etc.

Only Channel 59 is editable - with that you can change the ILS channel 1-40** (look up the freq. in the kneeboard), FAF distance, RWY heading, etc.

 

Obviously it'll only work if the chosen airport/RWY has ILS and it's in operation.

 

** Note - ILS 09 = ILS CHANNEL 09 = 108.900MHz, and is NOT the ILS for RWY 09.
