Two weeks ago my pc suffered a serious failure and it refuses to reboot. I lost most of everything including Flaming Cliffs. Will I have to buy Flaming Cliffs again or will Eagle confirm my purchase and "give " it back?

Sorry but don't laugh people. I can also have a Maybach, say that I lost it and go to Maybach dealer and request new for free only cause I bought someday theirs car. LOL!

 

Seriously - how does ED know that you simple don't piracy their product, or don't selling it?

Don't be surprised if Starforce was the cause of your problem. Also, I don't think they will give Hell back to anyone.

Yea computers never die, silly me. At least Wondershare emailed my registration key for dvd software I bought from them last year. No I don't pirate software, only a customer trying to reclaim what I already purchased. Everyone thinks their house won't burn down either.

Why do you guys automatically assume that he is going to pirate software. Is there a point to saying that starforce comment other than because you have had bad experience with it? It doesnt seem like that comment helped RIC at all. What is this world coming to.

 

Anyways, RIC, did you have the download version of Flaming Cliffs? If you do, you should be able to activate Flaming Cliffs up to 5 times using the same key. If you go to the main lockon page: http://www.lockon.co.uk you can log in there and re-download the installation file and view your activation key.

My point is and will always be, why do simmers not take the Starforce problem seriously. How many have to lose PC's or have software and hardware ruined before we all speak up. Just because you have no problem that you know of does not mean there is something going on inside your PC. It's a VIRUS and causes damage, LOFC deserves better customer support. Do you think the Lawsuits don't exist and have'nt been won? Yes I tell people about Starforce it is not just with LOFC as other companies use it and some are now dropping it due to it's potential to damage your Pc or software and hardware. Why are most people so complacent about this. The love of LOFC(yes I can understand that, I miss it). If this was a pure virus from a hacker hell eveyone would be jumping on it. There is no difference. WE have DCS:BS coming and god help us if ED stays with Starforce. End of comment. Sorry for taking up your time if you feel different about this problem.
