Some aircraft on the carrier won't start.

 

I build a mission that reliably reproduced this bug.

Attached are the track, the log and the mission file, also two screenshots one how the carrier looked initialy and on which aircraft got stuck and won't start.

 

Aircraft on Deck:

4 x SH-60B -> starting first -> OK

1 x E-2D on cat 1 -> OK

1 x S-3B on cat 2 -> OK

2 x F/A-18C Lot 20 on cat 3 & 4 -> OK

4 x A/V-8B on the strip -> OK

 

Remaining parked on deck:

4 x F-14B -> No launch

8 x F18C Lot 20 -> No launch

Replacing the F-14B with F-18C Lot 20 solves the lockup ... so it seems the bug is somwhere with the F-14B interacting with the carrier.
