Flashheart602 Posted November 6, 2020 Posted November 6, 2020 So took the Hornet out last night to check out the spiffy new datalink tracks in the HMD, but noticed that the usual HUD 'shoot' cue seems to be replaced by a 'IN-LAR' message instead when going to AIM-120s. Presumable that stands for 'In Launch Acceptable Range/Region'. Is this an additional HUD message for lofting missiles in BVR, or has it replaced the Shoot cue completely?

Only targets confirmed hostile with the ROE matrix get the SHOOT cue. 2 REAPER 51 | Tholozor VFA-136 (c.2007): https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3305981/ Arleigh Burke Destroyer Pack (2020): https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313752/
