EasyEB Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 Hi! When the center of the screen is at or slightly above the horizon the HMCS is visible in areas where it should be occluded. ${1} Thanks
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted November 9, 2020 ED Team Posted November 9, 2020 Hi, as far as I am aware this is not a bug, the occlusion should happen when looking at the HUD, when you look away or in this case above if the symbols are above the horizon they will show. EasyEB Posted November 9, 2020 Author Posted November 9, 2020 It happens even when pointing the aircraft down and looks alot more like a gap in the occlution zone. Are you sure this is modeled correctly? did you watch the video? thanks
EasyEB Posted November 9, 2020 Author Posted November 9, 2020 Ok, it is not related to the horizon. Here is another video perhaps better showing the problem. I will attach a screenshot of roughly what the occlusion zone covers, and where the gap is.
