[REPORTED] Manual Trim Panel needles not moving without power

Before applying any power, move the pitch and roll thumbwheels in your Manual Trim Panel.

The needles will not move.

That's a definitive bug, fully reproducible so no track file needed.

The needles are purely a mechanical representation of the thumbwheel angle.

It requires no power whatsoever to operate.

I used to repair those in O,I and D levels of maintenace.
