fixed [REPORTED]AUTOSTART activates not applicable systems

I followed what the AUTOSTART sequence does in slow motion:

It turns ON the LEFT HDPT, MAP and DL power switches.

According to in-game stores loading menu, no store can be in stores station 5L.

According to DCS manual page 96:

a. LEFT HDPT Switch – OFF

Page 36:

• There is also a map power switch, but this is not used in the Block 50 Viper.

Page 151:

The DL switch next to the knob is not applicable to this block of the F-16C
