F16FLCS-SME Posted November 18, 2020 Posted November 18, 2020 DCS F-16 cockpit looks photorealistic, better than any other sim I played in the past !!! Having said that, there are some tweaks needed to make it more realistic. I am well aware of the single bug report per thread rule, but all those are related and probably will be fixed by the same 3D developer. 1. CMDS panel: Needs to look like this: So the MODE and PRGM switches are not of the exact same type. 2. HUD remote panel: The top left switch upper label looks like "W". It should look like this: So its clear it is "VV" and not "W". 3. IFF panel: Needs to look like this: So the MASTER switch is a totally different kind of switch from the entire cockpit. 4. Stick: Is missing the boot used to protect agains FOD trapped between the stick grip and the force transducer. A frequent cause for out of control. It needs this rubber boot added: Which after installation on the stick, looks like this: 5. TEST panel: Notice the line below the PROBE HEAT and EPU/GEN switches. Should look like that: So no line. That line is only for F-16D models where another switch needs to be there so the line is a functional separator. 6. Right eye-brow warning lights (during MAL & IND LTS test to see the labels): Notice how each lamp housing is divided in the middle to 2 different lights. It should be like this: So the HYD OIL PRESS and TO/LDG CONFIG lamp housings should not have separation lines because it is considered a single warning light each. 6
