fixed [REPORTED]FCR display of L16 and radar contacts use different concepts of range

FCR format is displaying L16 contacts based only on horizontal displacement while radar contacts are displayed based on slant (diagonal) displacement. This causes radar contacts to be displayed on top of L16 contacts when contact is at equal altitude. When contact is at different altitude the radar contact is displayed according to the slant range which is longer than the horizontal range.

 

Likely that L16 contacts, when possible, are received by F-16 with altitude information and would be displayed according to the computed slant range to match the FCR method.
