It makes perfect sense for it to be down, as the old function for that, i.e. swap MFDs, has been removed. Going up for HUD and up for HMCS made no sense, imo. So, now it's up for HUD and down for HMCS. Perfect! But why putting there something that hasn't been implemented yet? I spent quite a lot of time studying the new HOTAS tables, changing my kneeboards and remapping the controls - only to realize that some parts aren't working. Months after the release. I'm sure it will be all sorted out fairly soon.
