[NO BUG] Artillery Unis - Waypoints

Tested some artillery units and whenever they're given a waypoint (while in game) through the cmdr slot they stay put and don't move at all. I'll test the rest of the artillery units and report back.

The 2S19 Msta is the one I use the most and it has the issue for sure.

I just ran this 2S19 test and it worked fine for me.

Tip- after setting the waypoint don't forget to drag the speed slider at the bottom to kickstart it into moving-
