Full Throttle when starting hot from ramp

Perhaps this is a local issue, but figured I'd ask here.

 

When spawning into an F16 that is hot on ramp, my throttle position is always at 100%, even when the physical throttle is at 0%. In order to work around it while spawning in, I must set the throttle to 2-3% and hold down the wheel brake, then once the pause is lifted, slide the throttle back to 0%.

 

Does anyone else experience this?

I think that may have been it, thank you! My TM T1600 had the base slider set to thrust in addition to the throttle assembly.

i changed my axis on the joystick throttle to zoom. don't use it really. took me forever to figure out why there was the full blast at start on runway. :D
