What am I missing. To have F10 target send to Harrier

In F10 theater view.

Select own aircraft.

Create at least two marked target and name them T00 and T01.

Press RALT+RSHIFT+8 to send target coords to aircraft. Where those become target waypoints.

Check CAS page on RMFCD

Next Waypoint to get steering data to target.

Except I am not seeing those marked target points on my CAS page nor cycling through NEXT Waypoint brings them up.

What am I missing?

You need the T00 marker in the general area. T01 - T10 on top of desired targets.

Go to Kneeboard, and RALT+RSHTF+8 to load.

Go to CAS page and click RCALL  (this looks like what you were missing). You should see them Load in the CAS PAGE.

Then go too JDAM Setup page and click the TGT option and check off each target you want to program for the JDAMS.

The INCREMENT WAYPOINT LONG isn't used for PP targets, only TOO targets marked in Flight.

Sorry.  That process appears to no longer work.  To be sure. Marked targets appear in F10. Named T00, T01, T02, T03. RightAlt+RightSHIFT+8 DOES NOT load them as targets. They do appear in RCALL, but not on KNEEPAD, and DO NOT cycle as waypoints. Process is broken. I recall it worked before, but not which last version it was.

I hate when RAZBAM pull this crap. You learn something, and then poof, it gets  broke, or replaced, and you have to start all over again figuring out what changed.

Hi Dimitri, As recluse was saying, place a general marker in the area you plan to hit (Do not name it) Then mark your targets, The first target being labelled T01. You should not have a T00. This works for me.

No. No-GO! Placed first marker and did not name it Placed two more and named T01 and T02. Highlighted own plane in F10 RALT+RSHIFT+8. No targets loaded. Tried RALT+RSHIFT+8 from pit with kneepad. NO-GO. They appear on RCALL subpage of CAS page. But , in AG, they do not cycle.

Process is broken, or there is a missing detail or step, which I am not aware of. But , as described, loading targets does not work.

They will not CYCLE in AG. You have to Select JDAM, then CLICK TGT on the ODU (hmm don't remember what it is called but it is the Display above the LEFT DDI) and then select the targets.  It is best to do this ON THE GROUND before takeoff, otherwise there are additional steps you need to take to assign the CAS page targets.

This video is still correct as far as my experience except for the need to EHSD DESIGNATE which is in the video from the next post.. Everything else if the same here to load the targets into CAS page and to select them for the JDAM.

OOPS I did forget one thing... With the NEW AUTO bombing mode... In order to get the JDAM symbology on the HUD for release, you MUST hit DESG on the EHSD. Doesn't matter if you DESG a WP, the JDAM will follow their CAS targets.  I attached a TRK..  I kind of rushed through it, so excuse my flying...but all the pieces were there. (TRK made in latest Open Beta, so it might not play back correctly in STABLE version)

And here is a Video with the NEW process including EHSD Designate if you prefer..

What if I dont have JDAMs. Say I am guns only. Selecting the target, and being Master AG mode, should give me steering cues and target wp circle, as well as auto-que ARBS or TPOD onto target. That does not happen. Nor is selected target highlighted on moving map, as ARBS or TPOD self selected target/SPI. I am missing something, that I had before. I do have DESG ON on EHSD page.

I am kind of wondering why noone has proposed putting a small base bleed rocket booster onto JDAM kit, to extend range and to shorten flight time, which reduces risk of interception. Russians have deployed Tonguska, Pantsir, and modernized Osa(SA-8) to intercept guided munitions. Same for GBU-39/53 Small Diameter Bombs.
