How long to get an answer from customer service

I have a major problem with my warthog stick. It will not take new firm ware now it is no recognized by my computer.

I put in a service request but no answer. Do they take a long time to get back to you on things like this?

Depends a bit, sometimes the next day, sometimes a few days.

The quality of the response also depends on who is responding, i found that there is quite a big difference between certain people.

When I sent them an email about three months back, they immediately responded with a “COVID-19 is delaying our response time” automated reply. Then I got an email from an actual customer service rep about seven days later. I don’t know if that timing has improved since then.

I’ve been in contact with them re the same issue you have, I found that the wires connected to the the DIN plug on the base had broken and I needed a replacement (this is a common issue), it took almost exactly 7 days getting an initial reply, then I ordered the parts 7 days to get  conformation to pay, then 7 days to confirm it was received and Order moved to dispatch department and then took a further 7 days to receive. A long drawn out affair but it all arrived and replaced in stick and working. I would take off the 2 small screws and gently pull out the plug and see whether any of the wires have become detached.

I just got my answer. It was a soft ware thing took about 30 min.

3 days only feels like forever.

Good service I would say.
