westr Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 (edited) Was looking at the guns + camera switch in the P-47 as I armed it and thought, what a cool feature it would be if when you pulled the trigger it would record your gun camera footage for WW2 warbirds that you could review when you finish the mission. If we could watch it in 1940s style projection and slow it right down it would work really well with EDs new damage model. Just thought it would be quite a cool feature. Ravenus Posted January 21, 2021 Posted January 21, 2021 Agreed. There are a few aircraft that have this feature but the way it´s implemented is poor. An exportable gif, or set of images to a folder would be cool. Optional of course.
Nealius Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 The F-86 has this feature, but it's half-baked. It appears real-time in the lower right corner of the screen as you squeeze the trigger. As a result it causes a performance hit and is totally useless as it's not exported anywhere.
