Harrier Takeoff issue at Ramat David

Harriers instructed to takeoff from Ramat David slam into buildings at the end of the primary runway. I've attached a track with the issue occurring.

 

On the plus side, once two harriers have "cleared the path", subsequent Harriers have no problem!
